Fair Use & Refund Policy

1. General Acceptable Use

All services provided by Simplucks (including Residential Proxies, Data Center Proxies, and SMS Verifications) must be used for lawful purposes only. Any use of our infrastructure to engage in illegal activities, harassment, or fraud will result in immediate account termination.

2. Proxy Misuse & Abuse

Users are strictly prohibited from using our proxies for:

• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Accessing or scraping government websites, financial institutions, or heavily protected private infrastructure.
• Generating fraudulent clicks, views, or ad engagement.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy on Misuse

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis (e.g., if a proxy is inherently dead upon purchase). However, under no circumstances will a refund be issued if a proxy stops working because the user got it banned, flagged, or blacklisted due to misuse, spamming, or violating this Fair Use Policy.

4. SMS Verification Fair Use

SMS numbers are provided for account verification purposes only. Users attempting to use SMS verifications to bypass security blocks for illegal activities, or attempting to mass-create fraudulent accounts, will be banned. Expired or timed-out SMS requests are automatically refunded by our system, but completed verifications cannot be refunded.

5. Account Termination

Simplucks reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account, and forfeit any remaining digital wallet balance, if we determine the user has violated this Fair Use Policy.
